It gives us great joy to inform you that the Union Bank of India is taking its 
commitment to accessible ATMs very seriously. It recently launched its second 
accessible bilingual ATM at the Passport Seva Kendra in Thane on Saturday, the 
7th of July 2012. it has given a commitment to launch 100 such ATMs across the 
country in the coming months.
At the same event, it also launched various accessible copies of a Handbook on 
Talking ATM for first time users to the ATM. This is over and above audio tutor 
on the machine. These manuals are available both in DAISY full text - full 
audio and in brf formats.
