Thank you for the guidence.

Can you please tell me that how to assign a key board shortcut to auto
text i.e. if I type "PKB" then my full name Pavan Kumar Bolar should
display.

I use office 2007. The auto text inserted in word is not displaying in
outlook. How to syncronise this.
