told him that the percentage of disability should be at list 50
otherwise you can not excercise the quota. hi friends is it, because
he wrote on the consesion form that without fifty you can not take

OK it mean it is already concessioned fair in this train therefore
ticket is not on concession. But there is a handicapped quota upon the
seats, I mean certain seats are kept reserved for handicapped
irrespective of concession.
