Hello do the following
1. Go to callender
2. Press options key
3. Press downarro untill talks says create new entry submenu
4. Now press right arrow or enter
now u can see few options like meeting, meeting request
memo, and etc
choose any 1 of the following for ur requirement
enter the information in the respective feelds
then save it
please note that u have to set the date of the event and time
