hello raj i am using a Sony voice recorder . it doesn't have screen reader but it does have beep facility which is friendly enough for recording purpose. its recording quality is pretty good and it costs around rs 6000. it has 2 gb storage facility and has a battery back up of around 5-6 hours. regards karan
