folow these steps exactly:
go to internet options and go to content tab and hit enter on enable...
button and then press control+tab until you get approved sites tab and type
the website which you want to block and press tab until you get never
button. once you activate "never allow button", you will be asked to set
supervisor's password. then follow the instructions on screen.
