friend, latest NVDA has no separate portal versions download option. instead, you download the install version of NVDA 12.2.1, install that, go to tools and hit enter on "create a portable copy". then a portable copy will be created in your desired folder. its a good option and improvement over NVDA since we can create portable copy of our own whenever we want and even jaws don't have this easy option
