is it happening with every SIM? i used to use a Docomo connection and got this problem resolved by changing SIM. here are following possibilities: 1. scratches on SIM 2. Wrong message center number 3. Corrupted O.S. 4. problem with memory card if messages are stored in External memory 5. very less space available in internal memory to execute the app.
