wow, it seems like you're trying to twist the subject now. Again I'll say
whether he's a racial or non-racial, whatever he said against me is wrong.
How come discussing about disability commission is against the list's
guidelines? How can he ask a question as "whether this list is a branch
office of disability commission?"

So if someone's asking a doubt about his or her nokia phone, can we ask
whether is this a Nokia's customer service centre? Or, if someone's asking a
doubt about xl or html, can we ask, whether is this a tutorial centre?

My question still remains. what way I went beyond the list's guidelines?

Educate this illiterate, please.

Here you come now, Raj! This should have been the point of discussion,
whether the topic is within the purview of list’s guideline’s or not?
This could have lead us to a constructive discussion and various
outcomes enriched by the viewpoints of learned members. But raising a
question of racism by you or passing a judgement by Selvy about its
intention of being racist comment is completely far-fetched notion.

Racism, according to me is a highly inflammable topic and I can see
that it is being completely misused for labeling moderator’s comment.
Let us open our heart and accept that we are only one, and that is “Indian”!
And here on the list, we are exclusively “Visually Impaired” gathered
for certain objectives! Our moderator is acting here as a guardian and
head of AI family. Asking him to apologize for such a misconceived
perception is really depressing experience.
