hello, initially, by default the voices are set to 50% rate both for pitch and speed. so you have to modify the said rate as per the choice best suit you.
to test these voices i simply create one small document and then have it red with balabolka voices and select the rate wich catches my attraction. to check whether any particular voice has been installed on my machine, i have one free tool called text to speech program wich let you know the voices output so that you can be sured about its installation. thanks, mukesh.
