Dear Shreyas,

This link relates to information on performing OCR on hand written text called 
ICR, this is most commonly used in processing the application forms, (read auto 
data collection).

ICR  isn't as good as other OCR engines and as such is less accurate though 
they claim 97%. I personally don't feel that it can perform the action on a non 
form based hand written text recognition.
