At the EFL university, Hyderabad, we have conducted an Access Audit of 16 buildings and a 500 page document is submitted by Samarthyam, an accessibility consultant based in Delhi. Access reports are the first step and there is very good funding specifically meant for colleges and universities for barrier-free facilities from MSJE.
