i am using this software, it has 60% success in identifying the number. I think it takes the number which are somewhere available on internet, however it doesn't tell exact name. one more shortcoming is that it doesn't recognise at all the recent searies numbers such as in Delhi starting 7503, and starting 8888, even in some cases it doesn't tell the circle and the location. some of the numbers which belongs to Delhi starting 9266 are told of Andhra Pradesh circle by this software. so not fully successful, however I think the commercial version, if any may give better accuracy.
