Hi,

Why don't you use some email client like Outlook Express in WinXP or Windows 
Live Mail in Win7 which allows you to create folders and then email rules to 
automatically put the emails in the folders as defined in the mail rules. 
EG: All mails from AI go to AI folder and AI Mobile list mails in AI Mobile 
folder.
 Google for tutorials on the specific email client.

dear friends I am member of 3 to 4 groups.
so I want to get those mail in particular folder.
Example accsessindia in  1 particular folder.
And sayeverything in 1 particular folder.
Because I am recieving more than 50 mails everyday.
So I am unable to read those mails in systematic manner.
Please guide me. don't advice on outlook. because I am not intrested
to use outlook.
Try to suggest me only gmail. Especially computer experts.
The same mail yesterday I sent  you all.
But I did not get any positive response from you all.
So again request you all please advice me and suggest me.
hope I will get quick and valuable suggestions and results from you all.
