Hi, Why don't you use some email client like Outlook Express in WinXP or Windows Live Mail in Win7 which allows you to create folders and then email rules to automatically put the emails in the folders as defined in the mail rules. EG: All mails from AI go to AI folder and AI Mobile list mails in AI Mobile folder. Google for tutorials on the specific email client.
