Greetings!

I am Deeya Mitra pursuing my final semester of M.Sc. Psychological
Counselling from Christ University, Bangalore. I would love for you to
participate in a research that I am conducting. Further details about the
same is provided in the document below.

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/viewform?formkey=dHRKN2ZEUldZaGc4R0hfQWZubExZdWc6MQ

I am using a concept mapping technique to map the psychosocial issues
experienced by emerging adults with visual impairment. The stakeholders
include emerging adults with visual impairment, their family members,
sighted peers, counselling psychologists, rehabilitation psychologists,
experts in the field of disability and instructors working in
institutions/organizations for the visually impaired. This study is one
step towards my interest in empowerment of visually impaired emerging
adults in India. On the completion of every phase I will keep you updated
on the findings thus derived that will highlight the potential of these
individuals and would aid to fill gaps in existing knowledge by providing a
spectrum of issues depicting the primary concerns of these individuals. The
knowledge gained from this study serves to facilitate discussions on ways
to provide for effective training programmes and/or improvise on the
existing ones.

Your cooperation and time for the same is greatly appreciated!

Warm regards,

Deeya Mitra.
