When you file your return, show the tax calculation correctly. If tax paid
is less than actual tax payable, the net tax payable will have a negative
figure and you will be eligible for tax refund. You have to just wait until
your return is processed serially, say about six months. If delayed, you may
check online at www.incometaxindia.gov.in
or contact your assessing officer.
You don't have to do anything extra.
