Hi friends last week ministry of social justice introduced comprehensive scribe guidelines for implementation through all government department and recruiting agencies. where one point was of providing extra time for 20 minute per hour, but UPSC yesterday announced for civil services prilimnary examination 2013, where they have provided only 10 minute per hour in prilimnary exam. here what can be done, whether should we go in a writ?
