Hi Pranav, I am facing the same problem for the past couple of months. This is not the screen reader issue. It happened after they changed their layout.
I checked with IE 7 to IE 9 with Using JAWS 11 to JAWS 14 and NVDA. I raised a complaint with Airtel almost a month back with the relevant screen shots and I even wrote on Airtel's facebook page where I got an assurance that the issue will be solved ASAP, but till today no improvement.
