hello accessindia! as you all know that while booking tickets online on IRCTC user has to type image verification code, which is not accessible with a screen reading software. this code must be permanently removed from their website. can we legally challenge this issue either on the court of CCPD or high court? I had several communication with IRCTC but they are taking this matter very unwisely. please don't suggest webvisum solution for the purpose. webvisum is an additional tool, not a permanent solution. also some of netbanking and credit card sites does not support firefox interface. I also request to please don't merge this subject with the high court order for online booking of tickets. I request to the legal experts, please draft a letter which we the accessindians will send to the IRCTC. as they will receive thousands of mail on their system, this issue will definitely be resolve.
