Dear friends, I understand that there are two popular tools namely ,Robo Arm and Frame Maker which are used by Technical writers in I T industries. I would like to know if any of our list members has learnt these tools or aware of them.I wish to know the following: 1.How far the above mentioned tools are relevant for technical writing especially for getting a job in an I T company. 2.Where can one learn these tools?Are there any popular institutions teaching them? 3.Can a VIP from the point of accessability learn them? I would appreciate if anyone from this list can reply me on the above.
