well ,I too m not a regular contributor to this list. but I do not understand how will revalidation and other measures assure that the quality of postings will improve. as there would b similar postings again from the same membersn. unless v start asking for pan numbers or some proof of identity issued by competent authority. even this is not a guaranted solution.according to mmy humble opinion v can leave it up to the moderator to decide. I might b wrong ,so feel free to enlighten me.
