Hi all I am getting problem while applying UGC net it is asking enter login credential so far I didnt apply how can I enter my login details I am applying first time only my next point is do I need to sign under photo before taking scann? or should I sccan only photo? I am not getting apply link how can apply please help me friends very emerjency
