hai, f7 is the key to check spelling and grammer in m s word. press f7 and tab key and follow. coming to inserting page numbers, go to insert menu by pressing alt I, go till page numbers, you will find number of options to choose as per your requirement. you can select the position of the page number either at the top or bottom of the page. you can change the alinement like right, left, centre etc. you can also change the format of the page number like 123, a b c etc. press ok to insert page numbers. use root jaws to pc insert [ to read the page numbers. all the best.
