Most versions of Visual Studio are accessible. For C/C++, you can make use of Visual C++ too. Visual Studio is an integrated development environment bundled with intellisense, compilation, debugging, deployment and several other features. The current release is Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 which I haven't had an opportunity to explore, I have worked with VS 2010 and earlier versions. You may need MSDN subscription to download licensed copy of the software or may make use of the express version for learning purposes.
