Dear Mukesh, There are two solutions for your problem:
1. Set the cell data type as Text by going to format cell option. 2. Prefix an apostrophe sign before writing the STD code. Putting apostrophe sign tells excel that the data entered in cell is a text type data and automatic formatting are not to be undertaken.
