Further to all what has been said here, the add also states that they are looking for female candidates only whereas, the traineees are both male and female. I wonder how a female would teach better than the male candidates? I personally know the person who has posted this and he himself is a visually impaired person and is currently holding that post there. Is this requirement of a sighted candidate an indicator of he not performing his duties well? Even if this is the case, NAB can always consult the organisations who are more experienced in tteaching computer to blind.
