Hello Rajesh Sir, I have also faced the same problem in the recent past when I upgraded from IE 9 to IE 10, but the latter did not support the Basic HTML view. The only posibility that I am aware of is to change your settings view using Mozilla Firefox and then log in to your account using IE.
