There two or three agencies.
MTNL has colaborations with some of the agencies.
When we subscribe for the digital signature, the company takes some annual
charge of around 300 rs.
The company provides some files which act as certificate.
when one has to digitally sign a document, he/she uploads the files.
These files are verified with our records available with the company. and
the signature is vallidated. All this happens through some software and we
have to do nothing but upload the file.
Nobody else can use these files, as these files have some asociated file
which are secured in the company who gives the service.
