Hi learned members I am writing my dissertation these days, while working on MS word both 2003/2007 I am facing various problems . Please guide me upon the following issues to resolve this trouble. 1. What is the key combination for doing selected words into small if those are in capital? 2. Is there any way for selecting whole sentence? 3. I am facing lot of problems while working on footnotes. after insurting footnotes, there is a gap of one or two lines between each footnote or after two or three footnotes? I don't know how this gap can be removed as I am unable to remove this gap by pressing back space key after selecting the blank space between two footnotes. 4. I want to copy and paste a document from one place to another specially as unformatted text, so that I could format it as according to me, but by pasting specially as unformatted text, the footnotes of copied documents are being removed and only the text is being pasted, please help me in this regard as how can I paste the document specially as unformatted text so that the footnotes also could be pasted. 5. When ever I am in the area of footnotes for editing it, the jaws works very slow, it responds very late, what is the problem?
