This guideline has been provided in the UGC Net notification itself.
Please refer to UGC Net notification where it has been clearly written
that the scribe will be provided by the concern center who shell be
under graduate in the subject other then of the candidate. However
MSJE guidelines allows you to bring your own scribe, but I am not sure
whether UGC has implemented those guidelines . But here the case is
adverse, they are not taking the responsibility to provide writer?
very funny, this is their statutery duty which they will have to abide
by in any case, show them UGC notification and talk to the
suprintendent of the Net exam personally.
