In my hp laptop, i simply double tap on the left top area to disable mouse of
touch pad. Any ways, before knowing this trick, i disable mouse manually from
mouse setting, and it was accessible with jaws.

Hi Shweta,
I generally use function key + F5 for disabling/enabling mouse key. I
am using windows 7 and unfortunately JAWS does not support after going
to the mouse property. So, in case if you don't have a function key,
you will have to take help from a sighted. Go to mouse properties.
There you (a sighted) will find the option, "click to change touchpad
settings." There you will find the option of disabling or enabling the
mouse.
