hi just do 1 thing boot your computer i mean press power butten and keep f8 pressed u will get boot options select safe boot and just compleet the boot i mean enter user name and password and login u will require sighted help to do this as there is no sound at the time of safe boot there is a reg key to enable sound at safe boot but i dont know if it will work in xp
