Open the word file directly from the File / Open submenu. It will open the
file in print version using the correct filter. Use ctrl+t to translate the
text into Braille and emboss it.
As regards formatting, Duxbury will retain simple formatting attributes like
heading 1-3, paragraph, list etc. It will also ignore the extra line break
we normally use for paragraphs.
If it is earlier than version 11, it may not recognise .docx file. In that
case save the file with .doc extension and try.
