hi sanjeev, Karishma enterprises in mumbai, has a couple of devices that take photographs of documents and read them on the spot. but they r on the expensive side. but u can surely get in touch with them. if i'm not mistaken there r also a couple of apple apps which also allow u to photograph a document and read.
