HelloSneha and all, Yes. I have had this same issue since yesterday and this is with IE 9.. So here is what I did. First go to you tube and open the video that you want to play. Once it started playing, press "B" to get to the unmute button. Press insert+z to turn the virtual PC cursor off. Press windows + uparrow to raise the volume. Finally, press insert+z to turn the cursor on. It make take one or two trial and error attempts. Once you tried the steps, close the browser and go back to youtube and see if it got unmuted.
