your external hard drive may have some in built software in it. if it is
so, clear the entire partition of your EHD and create new partition as
you need and format the disc. also uninstall any software related to your
disc on your pc.
if this will not work, ask your vendor to replace it with a generic hard
disck, no matter what is the make.

Yes, I want to know how to save data in it because there are already a
folder and the data is automatically transfer in it without my knowledge.
I want to use it as pen drive that means I want to save the data on my
own selection and not automatically.

It's similar to USB pen drives. There will be a data cable to link your
computer and that external hd.
