Dear nilima, its no doubt that there are a number of organisations of and for
blind and low vision who are doing exilent worke at state national and inter
national level for protection and promotion of our rights. But with most
respect i wish to draw your attention to the fect that this particular
judgement of suppreme court is a great effort of mr s.k. Rungta national
general secretary of nfb india who first faught for this in dheli hc. Dheli
high court gave same verdict in 2008 against which g o i appealed in sc.since
than mr rungta has been pleading it there and succeeded to give this land mark
gift to the society, even the c j i has recognized and admired his sincere
efforts in the same judgement. With regard gautam agarwal.
