okay, is there any setting in open book to save your MP3 file in 128
kbps bit rate? if yes, then save your future mp3s in 128 kbps bit rate
or higher by changing mp3 saving options in open book. I am not an
open book user, so you have to explore the saving options of mp3
format in open book, or as an alternative, you can convert your mp3
file (produced by open book) through some good mp3 converters
