Hi sir You can install latest version of iTunes, apple suggests that you use Windows eyes with iTunes. How ever you can use jaws with it. Accessibility is good enough with jaws. Have not tried NVDA yet. You can brows iTunes on your I device and can buy music from their. You can listen the preview and can download. I have not tried iTunes on PC for downloading music. I use it for sinking and backup purpus. In order to download music, you need to creat an apple ID. Log in with your apple ID, provide your credit card details and download apps and music from apple app store and iTunes respectively. If you need any help regarding iPhones you can ask me.
