NOTIFICATION Free Coaching to Persons with Disabilities for Civil Prelims & Mains Exam – 2014 Rc.No.B1/710/2013 Dated:12.11.2013 Applications are invited from eligible Person with Disabilities belonging to Andhra Pradesh for admission into coaching programme for Civil Services Examination 2014 of UPSC at Study Circle for Persons with Disabilities, Hyderabadwhich includes free coaching, free books, boarding charges and other benefits. For any clarifications, please contact: 040-24559048 I. ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION INTO STUDY CIRCLE FOR PwDs: a. Persons with Disability suffering from Locomotor disability or cerebral palsy (Orthopedically Handicapped), Blindness or Low Vision and Hearing Impairment are only eligible to apply. The Percentage of Disability should not less than forty per cent as certified by the Medical Board in accordance with G.O.Ms.No 31, WC,D& Senior Citizens dated 1-12-2009. b. Candidate shall be at least a Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree) from any recognized University. c. A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must nothave attained the age of 40 years on 1st August, 2014.Candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes and the Other Backward Classes who are blind, deaf-mute and orthopaedically handicapped will be eligible for grant of cumulative age-relaxation under both the categories d. The candidate's and his/her parents combined annual income should not exceed Rs.1.00 Lakh. e. Candidates who are employed or undergoing regular/correspondence courses of education are not eligible. f. Candidates, who have already availed same coaching from any Government Study Circle anywhere in AP or India, are not eligible for present coaching programme. g. Only persons belong to Andhra Pradesh are eligible to apply. h. Applicants should also be eligible as per the norms prescribed by the UPSC for taking Civil Services Examination 2014. II.
