Few days back, someone has been posted on Facebook in the group called Recruitment news, that, there is a notice of NICL, that they will be cunducting an exam again, which was held on 8th of September 2013. The exam will be held on 15/12/2013 and, 22/12/2013. But, there was no any notice. So Please download the notice from here. You can download 2 docs from here, which are useful and helpfull also for you.
