1. Please check with Freedom Scientific support since they have moved
hotkeys around in Jaws 15 and may have done so in jaws 14.
2. I usually define header rows in Excel and ask jaws to read them. You

want to try this approach. There is a DAISY book in the jaws help material
that explains how to do this nicely.
