The login process has not changed after introduction of user id based login in place of debit/credit card number. The user id edit box allows keying in the user id by default however the password edit box is read-only for users to make use of virtual keypad. For keying in the password, you need to activate the graphic clickable link labelled :Enter your password using standard keyboard" and then go to the Password edit box for typing in the Password.
I had logged in to my credit card account last night using the above mentioned method and was successful in the first attempt. hope it helps!
