Hi friends and legal experts, last time in JUNE Net exam UGC was issued an instruction from CCPD office to implement the MSJE guidelines for Net exam. And some centers implemented those guidelines but this time again they are creating problem. Some of my friends have informed me that the main coordinating center in Delhi is refusing to implement those guidelines as they are saying that these are merely guidelines and we have not received any instruction from UGC to follow it. What they are citing, are previous guidelines which UGC is following since last few years. They are only allowing the candidate to bring the scribe but not more then graduate of other stream.
