Friends Just to let you all know, we are working hard to make the convention a useful visit.
First, we promised to bring down the registration down, it shall now be Rs. 500 for all. Secondly, we are still trying to get a good deal for stay. We urge you to remit us a token amount towards stay arrangements of Rs. 1,000 per person.We shall keep you posted on the final stay arrangements. This shall of course be on a first come first serve basis. This token amount will be adjusted with the final amount after it gets notified. Those from Delhi or who are making their own stay arrangements need not send the stay charges. The registration page mentions Youth hostel. We are looking for stay at other places and therefore please ignore all the places of stay mentioned in the website. It shall get revised as soon as it gets finalised. We encourage NEFT, cheque or drafts. Although cash deposit is not encouraged because it is difficult to know from whom the amount was received, it can be done only as a last resort.
