hello you need to update your curnal framework driver which you can get in the location : C:\Windows\System32\drivers/Wdf01000.sys (where Wdf01000.sys is the driver which you need to update ) and after that just reinstall jaws note : you have to reinstall it completely after uninstalling and not only repairing .
