According to me it is a nice initiative, because as I pointed out MNCs are not under compulsion of implementing 3% reservation... At the same time this is discriminatory, because the MNC has excluded full blind from recruitment... We can extract different meanings from this advertisement: 1. On a positive note: The MNC is beginning at least from low vision and in future, they may recruit full blind as well. 2. They may be concerned about the extra expenditure of SRS. 3. The NGO should have persuaded them to also recruit full blind, however, we don't know whether they have done it or not! 4. As a staunch supporter of equality, I must say that this is discriminatory, which I have already done, but I can not ignore the fact that even after reservation full blind are sidelined by giving preference to low vision candidates for filling the quota, the MNC has decided to recruit low vision people without having any such compulsion...
