infact, its the other way round, disableds do not get posts reserved for sc, st, obc, etc, the quota of 3 percent for the disabled is divided amongst all categorieq of disabilities, then the posts under category is further suadivided on castelines. for eg, 3 percent of disabled quota divided among vi hh and ph gdtting one percet each, that one percent subdivided on castelines within that disabilitz.
