Let me put it on record that Suggestions tendered by Adv. Santosh Kumar Rungta are valid and do reflect our aspirations as blind and persons with disabilities. They only will take this draft to the level of something different from existing act...
I find the bifurcation of reservation between blind and low vision in the suggestions by Rungta Jee as well. So it is erroneous to say that he does not support this bifurcation. Let us strive caeselessly for incorporation of these amendments.
