Hi, I think it requires a manual intervention even after the uninstallation of the application. If you have not performed the following operation, then please do it rightaway Delete the following folder after the removal of Kurzweil 1000. C:\ProgramData\KESI And C:\Users\userName\AppData\Roaming\KESI (UserName may be your name or some default name as per the manufacturer such as Dell, HP etc.) Then reinstall the program using the "ISD setup.exe file rather than anything else.
